JOURNEY MARTIAL ARTS
Branding & Advertising
Journey Martial Arts is a martial arts located in Waukesha, WI. Before the school opened, we helped develop Journey's brand voice and message. This included designing their logo and providing conceptual pieces. Later, when Journey opened their doors and began to grow, we took part in managing all social media accounts and online advertising to align with its brand purpose of "to be brave and spread kindness". Through this, Journey has seen an increase in click-through and enrollment rates.
RESILIENT MARTIAL ARTS
Rebrand
Resilient Martial Arts, formerly known as Bushido Academy of Karate & Kobudo, needed a complete rebrand that clearly defined its purpose to "rise above to be your best". Resilient's main focus is to empower their students to achieve their goals through martial arts. Part of achieving a goal is to never give up and be resilient. The logo's icon represents a phoenix as the mythical creature is known for rising from the ashes. The font was strategically chosen in order to represent sharpness and strength.
OFF KILTER BBQ
Product Label Design
Off Kilter BBQ is a new, up-and-coming BBQ sauce company based in Wisconsin. They specialize in all-natural BBQ sauces and seasonings made and sourced in the local Wisconsin area. Prior to launch, we helped them design their three initial labels. The overall composition of the design is simple and playful to reflect the community focus of their brand. Each sauce flavor varies in color and pattern to give each one its own distinguishable personality.
CONNIE'S CRAFT CORNER
Logo Design
Connie's Craft Corner is a new online Etsy shop that sells custom knitted apparel and plushes. The logo design is straight to the point and clearly displays the services she offers. For Connie’s logo design, we used tools such as color choice, font, and composition in order to capture her fun and creative personality, as well as explicitly display her services.
